Cuisine: Sura puttu
- Shark – ½ kg
- Onion – 4 nos(chopped)
- Green chillies – 6 nos(chopped)
- Ginger – 1 piece
- Garlic – 4 cloves(chopped)
- Chilly powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – As reqd
- Salt – As reqd
- )For preparing sura puttu, cook shark with salt and turmeric. Mince the fish and keep aside.
- )Heat Oil in pan, add onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chilly powder and fry it.
- )Add minced shark, pepper and salt. Fry well.
- )Garnish with coriander leaves.
