Sura puttu
Ingredients
  • Shark – ½ kg
  • Onion – 4 nos(chopped)
  • Green chillies – 6 nos(chopped)
  • Ginger – 1 piece
  • Garlic – 4 cloves(chopped)
  • Chilly powder – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – As reqd
  • Salt – As reqd

Instructions
  1. )For preparing sura puttu, cook shark with salt and turmeric. Mince the fish and keep aside.
  2. )Heat Oil in pan, add onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chilly powder and fry it.
  3. )Add minced shark, pepper and salt. Fry well.
  4. )Garnish with coriander leaves.
